Fiat Chrysler is recalling almost 5 million vehicles in the U.S. over fears they could get stuck in cruise control.

The recall affects certain Jeep, Ram, Dodge and Chrysler models built between 2014 and 2018.

The company says the problem occurs if a short-circuit in a specific electrical network happens at the same time that cruise control is accelerating. It also notes a vehicle's brakes should be able to overpower the acceleration so the vehicle can be stopped.

Fiat Chrysler says they don't know of any injuries or accidents involving any of the affected vehicles.
