Sen. Cory Booker released another set of confidential documents about Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh Wednesday night.

The 28 documents are from Kavanaugh's tenure with the George W. Bush administration. The pages were given to the Senate Judiciary Committee as part of Kavanaugh's nomination process, but they weren't supposed to be released to the public.

The documents show Kavanaugh was involved in the nomination process for the now-retired circuit court judge Charles Pickering.

Booker claims the documents "raise more serious and concerning questions" about testimony Kavanaugh gave the panel in 2006. At the time, he said he wasn't "primarily handling" Pickering's nomination.

Prior to this latest document release, a conservative group filed a request for the Senate Ethics Committee to investigate Booker's actions.

Booker responded in a tweet, saying "No effort to intimidate me into silence will keep me from my moral & Constitutional duty."
