Fox News Drops Iconic Slogan 'Fair & Balanced'
Fox News dropped its 20-year-old tag line "Fair & Balanced" due to the phrase's connections to Roger Ailes.

Fox News is going off the air in the U.K.
The U.S.-focused cable network was previously available via U.K. media company Sky. But its parent company, 21st Century Fox, says it pulled the plug on that stream after it failed to pick up a sizable audience.
The company says Fox News only managed to attract a few thousand viewers per day in the U.K. — though the BBC reports that figure might be closer to 60,000 viewers per day.
Whatever the reason, 21st Century Fox reportedly insists this has nothing to do with its plans to buy out Sky.
Rupert Murdoch and his family own 21st Century Fox as well as three U.K. newspapers. Acquiring Sky would hand Murdoch Sky News and give him control over another news outlet in the U.K.
U.K. regulators seemed hesitant to give Murdoch that additional control over the U.K.'s media market. Now that Fox News is off the air, those regulators have one less Murdoch outlet to worry about.
